What we collect

Account data: email address, display name and optional avatar.

Learning data: course and lesson progress, quiz results and certificates.

Product data you create: watchlists, alerts, manually entered portfolio holdings, paper-trading activity, AI conversations and community posts.

Technical data: basic device and usage information used to keep the service secure and reliable.

What we never collect

We never ask for, store or transmit private keys, seed phrases or exchange withdrawal credentials. We do not hold your funds.

Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run your account, personalise your learning path, deliver alerts you have set up, enforce plan limits, provide support and improve the product.

AI conversations are processed by our AI provider to generate replies. Do not include sensitive personal or financial details in them.

Email preferences

Transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing, alerts you created) are part of the service. Marketing emails are optional and you can opt out at any time from your account settings or the unsubscribe link.

Storage, sharing and retention

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected with row-level access rules so members can only read their own records. We do not sell personal data.

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.
