What we collect

Account data: email address, display name and optional avatar.

Learning data: course and lesson progress, quiz results and certificates.

Product data you create: watchlists, alerts, manually entered portfolio holdings, paper-trading activity, AI conversations and community posts.

Support data: the questions you send us through the in-app support inbox and our replies.

Technical data: basic device and usage information used to keep the service secure and reliable.

What we never collect

We never ask for, store or transmit private keys, seed phrases or exchange withdrawal credentials. We do not hold your funds.

Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run your account, personalise your learning path, deliver alerts you have set up, enforce plan limits, provide support and improve the product.

AI conversations are processed by our AI provider to generate replies. Do not include sensitive personal or financial details in them.

Email preferences

Transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing, alerts you created) are part of the service. Marketing emails are optional and you can opt out at any time from your account settings or the unsubscribe link.

Legal basis for processing

Performance of a contract: creating and running your account, delivering the plan features you pay for, and providing support.

Legitimate interests: keeping the service secure, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving the product.

Consent: optional marketing emails and any non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Legal obligation: keeping tax, accounting and compliance records.

Who we share data with

Service providers who host our infrastructure, send our emails, generate AI replies and supply market data.

Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where we are required to by law.

We do not sell personal data.

Storage, security and retention

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected with encryption in transit, access controls and row-level access rules so members can only read their own records.

We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we remove or anonymise your personal data, except where we must keep records for legal or accounting reasons.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to keep the service secure. Any analytics or marketing cookies are optional and controlled by your browser settings and, where required, your consent.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, export of, restriction of or deletion of your personal data, object to certain processing, and withdraw consent, by emailing privacy@learncryptorichie.com or using the contact page. We respond within one month.

If you are in the UK or EEA you can also complain to your local data protection supervisory authority.
