Refund Policy
Crypto Richie offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on membership purchases. This page explains the refund period and how to request one.
30-day money-back guarantee
Memberships are sold by Learn Crypto Richie LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States (registered address: 342 Elkins Park, United States), trading as Crypto Richie.
If you are not satisfied with your Crypto Richie membership, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
This applies to first-time purchases of any paid plan (Starter, Pro or Elite), monthly or annual.
How to request a refund
Orders are sold by Learn Crypto Richie LLC and payments are processed by PayPal.
To request a refund, email support@learncryptorichie.com from the address you used at checkout and we will process it through PayPal.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 3–10 business days.
Renewals and cancellations
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access for the remainder of the period you have already paid for.
If a renewal charge was unexpected, contact us within 30 days of that charge and we will review it and, where appropriate, arrange a refund through PayPal.
