1. The service

Crypto Richie provides crypto education, market research tools, an educational AI assistant, portfolio tracking, a paper-trading simulator, alerts and a member community. We do not provide financial advice, execute trades or custody assets.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

3. Memberships and billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your current billing period.

Prices are shown before checkout and may change with notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform: no unlawful activity, harassment, spam, scams, market manipulation, promotion of unverified investment schemes, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to bypass access controls or usage limits.

Community content must follow our moderation rules. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.

5. Content and intellectual property

Course material, written content, designs and software are owned by Crypto Richie or its licensors and are for your personal, non-commercial use. You keep ownership of content you post, and grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

6. Third-party data and services

We rely on third-party market data, payment and infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crypto Richie is not liable for trading losses, investment decisions, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms as the business develops. Material changes will be communicated in the app or by email, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
